Method
- Heat pan on Med-Hi, then add sesame oil.
- Chop ginger into small pieces and set aside.

- Once oil is heated, toss in green beans and stir for a few minutes. Add ginger. Then continue stirring for a couple more minutes, or until beans begin to blister. Turn heat down to Medium.
- Add soy sauce, chili sauce, honey and sesame seeds. Continue to stir. Then remove from heat after a minute or two.
- Top with lime juice and serve.
