Method
- Heat up fish on the stovetop or in microwave.
- While fish is cooking, lay out 6 corn tortillas. Spoon a small amount of mango pickle on each tortilla. Cut radish into thin slices.
- Once fish is heated, put a little bit on each tortilla. Top with a couple slices of radish, some chickpeas, fat-free feta crumbles and cilantro.
