Punjabi Fish Tacos

Recipe makes six small tacos, to serve two people.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 corn tortillas
  • 1 tsp mango pickle
  • 1 radish sliced
  • 1/4 C chickpeas
  • fat-free feta crumbles to taste *you can substitute for Cotija, or other cheese
  • 3/4 C cooked Punjabi fish
  • cilantro

Method
 

  1. Heat up fish on the stovetop or in microwave.
  2. While fish is cooking, lay out 6 corn tortillas. Spoon a small amount of mango pickle on each tortilla. Cut radish into thin slices.
  3. Once fish is heated, put a little bit on each tortilla. Top with a couple slices of radish, some chickpeas, fat-free feta crumbles and cilantro.
