Method
- Grease a half-sheet pan and preheat oven to 375°.
- Chop all veggies, then mix in bowl with chickpeas, two cheeses, fresh dill, garlic powder, salt, pepper and pine nuts.
- Unroll Crescent Rolls without tearing along perforated edges. This will be your pizza dough, so shape it as you wish.
- Use a spoon to spread your topping mix on the crust. Top with oregano and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for about 15-17 minutes. Keep checking it and take it out when the crust begins to brown. We cut ours into six pieces.
Notes
Adjust spices and vegetable quantities as desired. You can't really go wrong by loosely following this recipe.
